All registrations are due April 21st at 11:59pm cst. 

There is a tournament waiver and t-shirt form that must be completed for each player attending the tournament.  They can be turned into your league coordinator.  Click this link for both those items.  If you are a J&J player your t-shirt size is on the sign up registration a form will not be needed. Waiver and T-shirt
