All registrations are due April 26th at 11:59pm cst. 

There is a tournament waiver and t-shirt form that must be completed for each player attending the tournament.  They can be turned into your league coordinator.  Click this link for both those items under the forms section.  If you are a J&J player your t-shirt size is on the sign up registration a form will not be needed. Waiver and T-shirt
